Organisation of the space n°1 of the Yvon Lambert Gallery - Paris, rue de l'Échaudé - april 1968

One room measuring 11.56 by 4.55 by 3.06 meters, opening out directly into the street.

Materials : 100 cubic containers of transparent plastic each containing 20 litres of distilled water.

These containers were laid out so as to form a long rectangular pattern.

This pattern was positionned precisely in relation to the central pillar, the walls, the lighting ramps, the show windows, etc.

One had to step out into the street in order to enter space n°2.
